Production Process

Metal packaging production steps from design to shipment.

From Past to Future

How Does the Process Work?

We continuously revise and update our printing machinery to the latest technology levels to meet our customers' needs. Our printing lines — including the most advanced equipment and CTP devices from industry leaders such as KBA, Man Roland, and Crabtree — allow us to achieve excellence in print quality.

High-quality printing is essential for packaging to fully reflect your product. Our experienced graphic and printing team works to achieve the best quality according to customer requirements. With our chromalin printing technology, we test designs to reach the desired color quality. At Kontensan, we draw inspiration from nature and transform metal into art through the power of color.

Our production process includes design, printing, forming, quality control, and shipping.

  1. Shape Selection

The production process begins with selecting the dimensions and shape of the packaging that will best protect your product. Based on your specifications, we consult on materials and design together.

  2. Graphic Design

Based on our discussions, your existing design or drawings created by our graphic team are prepared graphically for your packaging.

  3. Design Approval

Revised designs are presented to you for approval via the web. Print samples of your chosen products are submitted for approval on a template using special equipment.

  4. Printing Process

After final approval, printing is planned and prepared, then offset printing is carried out on our state-of-the-art lines.

  5. Production

Printed metal sheets take their final form on our mass production line, becoming your finished packaging.

  6. Shipment

Your finalized packaging is delivered with care using pallet stacking, boxing, and stretch film wrapping according to your preferences.
